Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in Queen Below (Queen Below: Ant Empire on the App Store and Google Play, by ISEMI COMPANY LTD) and the data linked to it. You can do it at any time, from the game or by writing to us.

In the game

Open Settings (tap your queen's portrait, then the gear).
Go to Account → Delete account.
Read what will be deleted, type your empire's name to confirm, and tap Delete account.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game installed, email company@isemi.io with the subject Delete my account and include your player ID or your empire name and realm. We may ask you to confirm the request from the game or from the Game Center or Google Play Games account linked to it, so nobody can delete your empire but you.

What happens next

Your account is locked for 7 days. If you change your mind, sign in during those 7 days and choose to cancel.

After 7 days we permanently delete your account, empire, nest, generals, resources, unused virtual items (including Amber and remaining VIP days, which are not refunded), alliance membership, your chat messages, the reports you made, your block list and other players' blocks of your empire. This can't be undone.

What we keep, and for how long

Your empire name may remain in other players' battle reports and chat history until those expire automatically, within 14 days.
Deleted data disappears from our backups within 35 days.
Purchase records are kept only as long as tax and accounting laws require.

If you lead an alliance, hand the Queen title to another member before deleting your account.
